Rev. Audra has more than 18 years of business management, finance, operations, and development experience. She is a passionate and resourceful entrepreneur and CSL minister with a heart for developing the next generation of organizational leaders.
Audra’s specialty: She thrives on elevating the experiences of her colleagues and clients. Audra’s proactive and organized approach efficiently takes her clients to the next level. Her compassion, deep caring, and business acumen combine to help organizations and their teams reach new heights.
Rev. Audra is an integral part of five different organizations supporting Centers for Spiritual Living in bold and dynamic ways. Her current projects include serving on the CSL Revitalization Program. Audra’s leadership is showcased by her longtime service to the CSL NextGEN community and retreat, Spirit Uncensored, Inc., a spiritual playground (a CSL Teaching Center), CSL’s Re-Generation Committee, and as the co-founder of Flourish Today, LLC.
Rev. Audra’s Projects
This incredible program has been serving our movement for OVER 10 YEARS! It is currently the only designated programing designed by and for people 18-35ish years old within the Centers for Spiritual Living communities.
The annual retreat develops heart-centered leadership skills, engages in discussions about social justice, explores tools for financial prosperity, and cultivates healthy and successful relationships.
Spirit Uncensored is a spiritual playground highlighting the power of choice, faith, and gratitude. It is a CSL Teaching Center and the home of NextGEN.
The CSL Re-Generation Committee provides financial and mentor support for young ministerial students (up to the age of 45) enrolled in the School of Spiritual Leadership, the CSL ministerial training program.
At Flourish Today, LLC we help shatter old business paradigms, training leaders and businesses to joyfully flourish while honoring people. We increase organizations’ and leaders’ abilities to excel through coaching, training, webinars, and events grounded in inclusive, sustainable, and healthy internal organizational culture, values, and practices.
